Hi Joe,

CW will get out on PIN 1 all the time no matter if it is rig1 or 2 the thing
you can do

with pin 14 is switch a relay (optocoupler interfaced relay) your interface
output to the correct radio 

 

PIN 14 LOW = OFF = CW and/or PTT to RIG 1  

PIN 14 HIGH = ON = CW and/or PTT to RIG 2
