[Dx4win] Uploading to LotW

I have found it easiest to download my info from LoTW, using the default
name and placing it in a known folder.  Then, I start DX4WIN and create
a NEW log, then import the LoTW log.  Works great for me and I don't
corrupt my main logbook.
