[Dx4win] ve2lx callbook rac

hello to all
I still use dx4win version 4.07
and I want to change my callbook from QRZ to RAC ( radio amateur callbook )
questions
Can use RAC callbook with that dx4win 4.07 version...?
if yes 
the software is in my C:\ as RAC with the running file C:\RAC\callbook.exe

in preference external data 
what will be the name of the callbook I have to use in the list of call book
what will be the string to execute the task ex: ( C:\RAC\callbook.exe )......?

wishing to ear soon from one of the members usinf also that version adn that callbook
