[Dx4win] dx spots

For the spots that are presented in the DX Spots window.  Is there a way to
eliminate spots that you don't want to see?  For example, display only spots
that are for new countries.  I have set up things in "preferences" so the
spots I don't care about are all grayed out and have checked the "ignor Gray
spots" box, but all the gray spots still show up in the DX Spots window.
