[Dx4win] DX4WIN and N4PY software.

Hugh, I am using N4PY's software simultaneously and quite successfully 
with DX4WIN.  Only one serial port is required.  DX4WIN looks for the 
radio in a memory location.  Carl has it worked out somehow.  I'm not 
sure how the routine works, but it works quite effectively.
