[Dx4win] Strange:DX4WIN accessible via another ISP !

Hi Scott,

Thanks a lot. I will inform my ISP to who I already sent a nasty mail :) !
It was a good exercise anyway, as everybody was looking in different ways
the problem could happen, and sometimes does. I will remember this in case I
have a problem in future accessing any site. This happens also with some of
my email that gets rejected from some foreign ISP's because they think all
email addresses have to be .com !

I tried to get to DX4WIN site right upon receiving your mail and IT WORKS!

Sorry, Radi.  The problem was all on my end (as web host of
DX4WIN.com).  The IP block that you are using, 84.x.x.x, was an unroutable
block of IPs until recently.  My firewall is set up to block IPs that are
not routable, and I missed the fact that some of the IPs in the 84.x.x.x
block of IPs have been assigned and are legitimate, routable IPs.

The problem has been resolved, and you should be able to reach
http://www.dx4win.com.

My sincere apologies for the problem!  And thanks to George K5VUU for
forwarding your message to me so I could look into it.
