[Dx4win] ADIF export

Hi all,

when I export my log as an ADIF file, I notice that:

1) No QSL_SENT information is supported if in DX4WIN the method field 
was set to "Ignore". It would be helpful if the information could be 
exported as <qsl_sent:1>I

2) No information about the QSL manager is exported. However there seems 
to be a QSL_VIA field in the ADIF specs.

Any thoughts?
