[Dx4win] OT LoTW Question

In order to see the existing DXCC credits (prior to LOTW)
you need to "link your LOTW account" to your DXCC records. 

Read the entire page, but especially item 4 on the 
following page:
  https://www.arrl.org/lotw/dxccapply

It requires ARRL HQ intervention to enable, but didn't take
long in my case (back in May).
