[Dx4win] Upl Cnf Field - LOTW

I've uploaded the DX4WIN ADIF/TQ8 file to LOTW - no problem.  I've 
downloaded the LOTW ADIF file and imported the results.  The "Upload" and 
Upload Date" fields are now filled in with a "Y" and the date I uploaded 
the log.  The QSL "Cnfm" field now shows a "Y" for those LOTW QSOs.  BUT - 
what is the purpose of the "Upl Cnf" field when using LOTW?

I think the help files could use a better "how to" description of the 
process, when it comes to DX4WIN's role in LOTW.
