[Dx4win] BUG? Date/Timestamp on QSLs

Could it have anything to do with the difference between Zulu (GMT,
etc.) time and your local time?  Is your DX4WIN set to Zulu time? 
2100 your local time (9:00 p.m.) would be the next day in Zulu time if
you are in the USA.
