I don't think there is, other than going month by month and using Ctl-F to 
search the titles or authors.  Contesting.com also uses mailman, but they 
have a search setup above the archive list for each of their lists.  I 
would guess that maybe qth.net hasn't implemented that because of the 
machine capacity implications of doing so.
