[Dx4win] Bug exporting ADIF for 222 MHz (1.25m)

You need to do a manual edit:
<BAND:4>1.2m should change to <BAND:5>1.25m
The number after the colon is the field with. [1.2m] is 4
letters. [1.25m] is 5 letters.
You'll have to edit the ADIF file after exporting it. Paul will need to
fix this in DX4WIN.
