[Dx4win] DX4WIN.CTY Release 8 available

Going forward, my plan is to do quarterly releases of the DX4WIN country file. 
My scheduled dates are:

  1 March
  1 June
  1 September
  1 December

These dates seem reasonable to me.  1 March gets you through the two ARRL DX
contests, 1 June gets you through the CQ WPX contests, and 1 December gets you
through the CQWW DX contests.

I am still happy to take differences from your own log.  Please go to:

  http://www.ad1c.com/dx4win/

and follow the "Country File" link at the top.  Remember that merging your old
country database with the new one may bring back old errors.  It's better to
use the new database, letting me know of any needed changes.  This way everyone
benefits, and we're not chasing down old problems.
