Steve, thanks for the kind words.  In addition to trying to get 6.03 out before
Dayton (the last update was a year ago), Paul has been busy at his real job,
also in the beta-test stage of a software release.  And unlike the 6.02
release, there was no real "discussion group" among the beta testers this time.
Maybe the LoTW stuff would have turned out differently, who knows?

The bottom line is Paul worked many nights past midnight trying to get 6.03
ready (in order to have something new-and-improved for Dayton), despite his
other commitments. It would not surprise me if he is taking some time away from
DX4WIN to catch his breath.
