[Dx4win] A fit of dumb?

I have upgraded to 6.03 and everything appears to be working (now)
except I cannot access the internet from within 6.03 for cluster
updates.  When I exit 6.03 and start 6.02, 6.02 accesses the internet
and seems totally happy.  I have all of my preferences set exactly the
same in 6.03 and 6.02.
