[Dx4win] LoTW problems

Don that is what I did under 6.02. When 6.03 hit the market I merged all of
those entries into 6.03 without any problems. Also I have now unloaded logs
and downloaded confirmed QSO's from LoTW with out any problems. Just is
working great for me.
