[Dx4win] LoTW export: how to export only newest QSOs?

There does not seem to be a good way to export only recent QSOs for LoTW.

*  Labels -> Set Upload Flags flags all QSOs.
*  Lables -> Export for LoTW exports ALL QSOs with Upload Flag
    set, regardless of whether the date was previously set or not.

You can't use F8 to filter on "Upload Flag=N" because as soon as you change 
the flags to Y, the filter won't find any more QSOs.

Perhaps DX4WIN needs to change so as to NOT export QSOs that were already 
exported (i.e. upload date already set).
