[Dx4win] DX4WIN 6.03

Jim,

First - many thanks for your comments, suggestions, and your obviously 
hard, diligent work in compiling the DXCC database.  I merged the 
"preferences" file, and that brought me back to where I was.  I also had to 
change the Icom 756 Pro settings - they didn't import correctly.
