This "sky is falling" approach doesn't help anyone.  I've spent the last year
and probably over 100 hours revising the country file.  I've had imputs from a
long list of people, many of whom I can't remember (see the bottom of my web
page).

If there are real errors in the database, I am be more than happy to fix them.
