[Dx4win] Reflector crash

Hello all,

The server hosting the DX4WIN mailing list had a serious crash a few days 
ago. Al and others have done a lot of
work restoring archives and lists.

The DX4WIN list was damaged, resulting in the email you received with your 
new password.
