The multiple manager data is already in the country database.  The problem is
that the QSL manager is NOT stored in the logbook.  Like the DXCC prefix, the
manager is read from the country file each time the logbook is opened.  DX4WIN
would have to store the manager data in the logbook itself.  Then the QSL
manager field in the QSO window could be a drop-down box, showing all the
available managers for that station.  But this requires a change to the logbook
database format, and that would probably require bumping up to a new major
version number.
