[Dx4win] DX4WIN.CTY Release 6 (beta) available

Release 6 (beta) of the DX4WIN country database is now available from:

         http://www.ad1c.com/dx4win/

The changes are described below.  There are some mappings that are still 
under investigation, they affect a very small number of people.

IMPORTANT:  This release uses new primary country prefixes which match the 
ARRL DXCC Credit Listing.  If you are filtering DX spots by prefix, you may 
need to make changes to your preferences (i.e. K becomes W).

I consider this a beta release because I was not able to include an updated 
QSL manager database at this time.  I hope to get the new QSL manager 
database ready before Paul releases DX4WIN 6.03.

     * Added end date to DP mapped to German Democratic Republic, Y2, in
       order to avoid overlap with Federal Republic of Germany
     * VQ5 starting 1 January 2004 is Turks and Caicos, VP5

           o KA2CC was used from Miami Torishima, JD1/M, in July 1987 and
             July 1988 (IARU HF Championship).  Outside those times, it
             counts as Japan, JA
           o Removed start date from KC6WW so it always maps to Palau, T8
           o Changed start date for VK2AVA in Australia to September 25,
             1989.  This call had previously been used from Lord Howe Island.
     * Removed
           o JD1/7J1AYK and JD1/JH7EAY are both Ogasawara, JD1/O, not
             Minami Torishima, JD1/M
           o KH0AA is Northern Marianas, KH0, not Hawaii, KH6
           o TO2DX in 1995 was Martinique, FM, removed mapping to France, F
           o VE2AE is in CQ Zone 5, not CQ Zone 2.
