I would just like to thank everybody that responded to my hour of need.

I had posted a few days ago:

Can anybody give me some help to recovery 2 months worth of lost QSO's?
I went to make a country up-date (KC6 to T8) and lost 2 months of QSO's.
I have no idea how one had any correlation with the other.
My log reverted back to March 2, 2004.
No idea why it even picked that date.
Is the information on my hard drive somewhere and if so how can I get to it?

Any guidance would be most appreciated.

Thanks,
73, STU W6TA

With the help of all, I was able to recover about 99% of my lost data.

I would like to pay a special thanks to Mel (VE2DC)
and a EXTRA special thanks to Jim (AD1C) for their time and patience during
those very critical moment.
If you have ever lost log data you know what I'm referring to.
If you haven't, I hope you never have to go through it.

MY RECCOMMENDATION IS MULTIPAL BACK-UP'S.
I now am using a IOMEGA automatic back-up program that produces up to 99
back-up copies on a rotation bases and up-dates every time I do a SAVE (Alt.
S).
This will increase my chances of recovering lost data tremendously.
It's very cheap insurance, along with the fact it's hard to put a price tag
on stress and panic while experiencing losing log data.
It's a horrible feeling, trust me!!

Thanks once again to one and all for your input and suggestions.

See you in the pile-up's!!

STU (W6TA)
