[Dx4win] Needed Spots Not Being Highlighted

I still don't know what causes this problem, but wish I could debug it! It
doesn't seem to happen to me.

If someone is willing to work with me, I can send you a few different databases
to try to narrow down the problem, i.e. is it in the prefix or suffix part of
the database.  Unfortunately, I don't know when I'll have time to try this.
