[Dx4win] Needed Spots Not Being Highlighted

Dick,

If your new country database is the one Jim Reisert, AD1C, has been working
on then that is probably the problem.  I tried to use that country database
and had the same problem your are reporting.  I just went back to my
original database and everything works fine.

I think Jim is aware some users have had this problem but to my knowledge no
one knows what causes it or of a fix.
