I'm just a rank newbie with DX4WIn, but the ADIF export I tried did have 
the country..
snip form export:      <call:5>AA6TT <dxcc:3>291................ <state:2>CO

I haven't changed anything - so basically this is 6.02 straight "out of the 
box"
