[Dx4win] Date/Time Selection Problem

in 6.03 when I select a date, and supply a time as well, I would expect to
find all QSO's for that date and time equal to or greater than the time
supplied.  Instead it says, "No QSOs Found."

My preferences are set to GT or EQ, or RANGE - both fail.

If I supply a time like 14:31, it will find only those QSOs which are
between 14:31 and 14:39.

Broken?
