[Dx4win] Editing what spots are announced

I would like to set up the program so only ( new band, new mode, and new country) spots are the only voice announcements, along with the appropriate color on the spot..  I am not interested in the spots that show not confirmed by voice.

I leave my volume up to hear new needs, but with it as is, I am running to see spots I do not need.

I have read in the manual, but I have not come across the procedure.  Any help is appreciated.
