[Dx4win] DX4win to ADIF

Yes, simply use the file/import-export menu and choose ADIF.  Keep in mind
that ADIF does NOT include all the files that DX4WIN keeps.  All my ADIF
stuff goes from ADIF in WriteLog to DX4WIN via the WL2DX4WIN program which
does a better job of getting all the fields proper than simply an ADIF
conversion.
