[Dx4win] Printing problems continue

Michael - I havn't seen a reply to your problem (and mine at least on one of
my parallel printers).
Just for information, what kind of printer do you have? I assume it's a
parallel type, like the one that won't print here. My USB Cannon i350 prints
fine.
