As per the ARRL instructions,,, In TQSL, select "Sign existing ADIF or Cabrillo file" from the file menu. When I open the file menu this does not appear. The options I have are, New Certificate Request, Load Certificate File, Perferences, and Exit. Whats going on? Thanks john
