[Dx4win] Printing problem

Hi all
I downloaded and installed the newest version and now can't print QSL labels. 
 I get an error message, "An exception occurred.  Access violation at address 
00402B16 in module 'DX4WIN.EXE'.  Read of address FFFFFFFF.

Any suggestions?
