If you have a CD burner, there is some great back-up prorgams that
will do that automatically as well. Personally I use Iomega's
Automatic Back-UP 1.0.2 I have it set to back up any file that
changes every 10 minutes, which it does automatically, this way
keeping a copy of all and any data I have to save
