Easy - no.  But one way would be to select the QSOs you want to change, 
then export those QSOs to DX4WIN6 format.

Now edit the resulting .DXQ file - every other line contains the notes for 
the previous line's QSO.  Change those lines to blank lines and save the file.

Import that .DXQ file back into your log, allowing it over-write existing QSOs.
