Hi Dick
I can see one reason that makes the program do what you describe.
You have accidently put in a figure in the "Worked cut off" and "Mailed cut off".
If you want the program to consider all QSO:s in your log it should be 0 in both boxes.
If you want the program to consider one year back it should be 365 instead, and so on.
Go to Preferences | Personal and look at those boxes.

The difference between "worked" and "mailed", I think is, if there is a date in the QSO window
for "QSL date", or not.
