[Dx4win] How to get "new band/mode" voice alert

I use DX4win 6.02.

The printed user manual version 6.0 refers to three conditions that will provide a DX Alert.
They are:  Adds to DXCC, New band or mode, New band/mode.

However, the third New band/mode does not appear in the packet preferences.

Right now I am set for New band or mode but would very much like to get alerted on new band/mode.
I miss a lot of new band/modes now.

Does anyone have information on why this useful alert mode has been left out?
Was it in 5.03 and fell through the cracks?
