[Dx4win] Problem with Selection Filter Names

Dan, this is a very annoying bug in version 6. DX4WIN is being too
aggressive in matching up to an existing group name.
The way I get around it is to create the new group name with a unique
BEGINNING, like:
XYZZY2004
Then after the group name has been created, go back to that entry and
carefully edit the name using the DELETE key, then save the changes.
