No!  When you do a submission, for Mixed DXCC for example, the "-" will be
changed to "Subm", for Submitted. When the cards have been accepted towards
the award, the "Subm" can be changed to "Chkd".  The easiest way to do this
is Reports->Change Award Flags->Change Submitted to Checked.  Then if a few
were rejected, you can manually find them and set them back to a "-".
