[Dx4win] Updated Country file help

Error means that DX4WIN changed something that your default logbook 
claimed.  For example, you had in your log that VE2XYZ was Zone 2 but 
DX4WIN thought it was Zone 5, so it change it to Zone 5 and flagged as an 
error.  In other words, DX4WIN corrected the problem automatically with 
what *it* thought the correct information was.

If you already saved your log, you can't get the old log back.  However, 
the Error will still be in the "Notes for this QSO" field if you want to 
find them and change them back.
