[Dx4win] Log ...duplicate QSO's...

Select a QSO, then press CTRL-Delete.  Then say "yes".  Gone.  Haven't 
heard of a way to automate and delete "ALL" dupes at once, and not sure I'd 
really want that to happen anyway.  ;-)
