[Dx4win] setting QSL manager to "blank"

Hi Mel,
look for my DX2ADIF program. This program converts ADIF file generated by
DX4WIN to "more" standard ADIF format.
DX2ADIF adds frequency field, QSL_VIA field, changes PSK/PSK3 to PSK31 mode,
adds NAME and QTH fields (from DX4WIN's CALLSIGN NOTES field). For more,
OPERATOR field can be added.
Please visit my home page: http://sp7ps.pl/sp7dqr or download program

Re Frequency. It's one of the things he's pretty stubborn about... That and
no structure for Notes... Ie name and qth...

Because of that and the weak support for LOTW I finally gave up and bought
another product. For the time being, I'm still keeping DX4Win current in the
hopes Paul will finally come around... But I'm starting to doubt it ;-)
