[Dx4win] setting QSL manager to "blank"

there we go - thanks! I went back and saw that I missed the little "editing 
tables" link in the help file... I also should have clarified that I am 
using 6.02.

BTW: if I had a request for the next rev, it would be to be able to specify 
a manager by mode - some DXpeditions will have a special manager for just 
RTTY contacts, for example. Failing that, if I could specify the manager 
limited to a single QSO, that would work too.
