[Dx4win] setting QSL manager to "blank"

Jeff,

There was a known "bug" in version 5.x in which you could not delete an
entry from the QSL manager field. (as you reported - once you fill in a
value, you cannot replace it with a null value)

That bug is fixed in version 6.x
