[Dx4win] Auto Update

I was shocked to hear that!! how come it does not have an auto update
feature?!! can you imagine how slow I will go in the US pile-up to ask every
one for his state and to spell his county name also!!

like every other log program in the market you should have an option to turn
the auto update ON and this will update automatically the Name and the state
name and the county name also.

Let's see what the new version will have for us
