[Dx4win] Another wish: Multiple DX4WIN "Preferences"

I agree with this idea.  I use my laptop with DX4WIN at many locations.  At 
home I use a USB interface for CAT, PTT, and CW keying.  If I start DX4WIN 
in the field without the USB devices, I get a bunch of errors that the ports 
could not be opened. DX4WIN could either use a default "location" on 
start-up or ask for a location if the user has multiple locations activated.
