[Dx4win] RAC Winter 2005

I am trying to get RAC Winter 2005 to work with DX4WIN 6.03. In setup parameters I have the following information. Data Source-Flying Horse CD ROM, Data Directory- C:\RAC2005, QSL Manager Search (dll)- C:\RAC\RACCD32A.DLL. When I highlight the call and hit F3 the following error message appears, "Flying Horse Error 3. Difficulty Loading C:\RAC\RACCD32A.DLL. MSG. Load Library Failed For C:\RAC|RACCD32A.DLL What have I done wrong?
