[Dx4win] LOTW - Pending Credit vs DX4WIN - Submitted

I want to apply my LOTW QSL's that are pending credit and I want my DX4WIN
records to be flagged as SUBMITTED (later to be CHECKED) for these same Q's.
Yet LOTW seems to be selecting QSL's on a FIFO (earliest QSO date) basis
while DX4WIN's built-in rule is to select by latest date. So when I activate
the SUBMISSION function, the list of QSL's flagged by DX4WIN varies from
that displayed by LOTW.

Other than manually running down the differences and altering the flags in
DX4WIN, is there anyway to either download the pending records from LOTW or
to alter the selection rules in DX4WIN? I have not seen how to make a
download selection for other than by dates, QSO detail or call sign.
