[Dx4win] Multiple parallel ports with DX4WIN and WindowsXP

That explains why, when I recently upgraded my motherboard, etc. and the 
OS to XP and installed a PCI parallel card, I couldn't use the DX4WIN CW 
keyboard with anything other than LPT1.  The printer worked FB on LPT1 
as well as the card's ports, but DX4WIN only worked on LPT1.
