Due to a bug in my master callsign list, JR6TYH/JD1 on Minami Torishima, JD1/M
did NOT get added to the most recent country file (Release 9) even though the
release notes say differently.

You can add this call manually or wait for the next update around the start of
next year.

There may be other mistakes. I will have to enhance my merge program to
identify "bad" country prefixes.  In this case I had JD1/M (the new prefix) and
it should have been JD/M (the old prefix).  Don't get too bogged down by the
details.
