[Dx4win] LoTW import problems

Steve,

I am writing regarding your LOTW import problems with DX4Win you wrote on Sunday, June 27 to the DX4WIN reflector.  I think I'm seeing something like you reported.

I'm still getting SOME duplicate qsos when I import the ADIF file.  I'm sure I'm doing what you and the instructions say to do.

Import/ADIF Exchange file/Import/Set Upload Confirmed Flag.

Strange thing.

The ADIF file has 447 confirmed QSOs which is the correct LOTW count.

To get them all I have to import twice.  The first time, 151 are said to be confirmed.  Second time 296 are said to be confirmed.  I have SOME duplicates after the first import.  I keep saying some because not all QSOs or even callsigns have duplicatated QSOs.

Are you sure you don't have any.  The easiest way I've found to tell is to search UL confirmed, then watch the Same Callsign Window as you tap through and watch for duplicates.  Duplicates will have UL confirmed N and confirmed Y on one and Y Y on the other.

I've been trying to figure out a pattern and I don't see one.  For some reason, DX4Win isn't recognizing some of the contacts and importing a duplicate for those.
